Since we moved back from Switzerland, much has happened and now this blog is undergoing a change as well. Instead of being the "Back in Sweden"-blog it will be a blog about our life here and now instead of my version of a guide to Sweden.

Sourdough bread - part four
Ooooh, slowly getting there. The breads look beautiful and the smell is delicious! Soon and very soon I will taste this bread!
The metal thing in one of the loaves is a food thermometer that I use in addition to a timer to know when the bread is ready. 95 C is the goal.
