Frideborg's oatmeal cookies, about 30 pieces
125 g butter at room temperature
0.75 deciliter sugar
3 deciliter oatmeal
1½ deciliter flour
1 tbsp water
Mix all the ingredients well and roll them into small balls that are placed on a baking sheet. Flatten each ball with a fork and bake in the preheated oven (175 C) for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
The recipe comes from the book Kokbok för hjärnan (Cookbook for the brain) by Charlotte Erlandson-Albertsson that I won from a magazine a while ago.

You need to put your recipe for the "square" rolls that Ping and I helped you make that Matts "loved" so much up here so I can try my hand at them again :,)
PS...please :,)
Well, I have a problem - I cannot remember which ones it was! And I'm not even sure about when we made them either. Was it for the brunch or for another occasion?
It was the one where we had for soup before we went to Mary Kay evening!
Oh yeah, now I remember. :-) The only problem now is that I don't remember exactly what bred we made, but I will post a basic recipe that is similar to it anyway.
